Get Help

in any serious injury or accident, send or call for medical help immediately First aid is not a replacement for skilled medical attention. It is a holding action until the victim can get that medical help. the person who knows the most first aid should stay with the victim, while someone else goes or call for medical assistance. If you are alone, however, don't leave the victim in order to find help unless it is absolutely necessary. For medical help, call a hospital emergency room, rescue service, police department, ambulence service, or doctor. As a last resort, dial "0" and tell the operator the problem and your exact location.
If the victim is conscious and able to talk, ask what happened while you are waiting for medical help. Ask witnesses for details. Such information may be needed later by the Doctors who treat the injured person. If poison or drugs are involved, keep a sample for the doctor to analyze.
