Your emotions are closely related to your values. These are your beliefs about what is good and bad, important and unimportant, moral and immoral. Thus,if you value, friendship, making friends and spending time with them will be activities that bring you pleasure and satisfaction. If you value a sport such as tennis, you will feel good while you play it and devote time to getting better as it.People who value owning thing will try to earn money to buy them. Values also relate to your feelings about large issues such as fairness and morality. When something happens that goes against your beliefs abiut rights conducts, you will feel your emotions such as anger or sorrow. If the wrong is righted, you will feel relief and satisfaction. The strong feelings that are part of your value system play a major role in your decisions about how you want to live your life.
